Tank Water Heater Repair in Pinckney, MI 48169

I was grateful that they picked up my call on a holiday. The next day, I received a call from the service person saying he would arrive 4 hours earlier than the scheduled service time. My water heater wasn't working. They came and looked at the water heater. They needed parts, and the service person told me where he was going to pick them up that day and said he would replace them. He picked up the parts, and in a couple of hours the Heater was repaired. Thank you.

I called in later on Friday because my furnace condenser was leaking. Because this was peak season, I understood when they said the earliest they could get somebody out was Monday morning. They took time to let me describe the situation and informed me that I could run the AC for the weekend without doing damage (I would just have to vacuum the accumulated water periodically). I was good with that. About an hour later, they called and said a technician could be at my place by 4pm. Logan was professional, fixed the problem within 45 minutes, and showed me how to do the same in the future. Great company!
