B.J.'s Heating & Cooling

Since Bob and Bev Smith opened the doors to B.J.’s Heating & Cooling back in 1975, our company has been proud to call the greater Pinckney area home. Now in our fourth generation of family ownership, our connection to this community runs deep.

For us, being a part of the community means taking care of the friends, neighbors, and local organizations that make Livingston and Washtenaw Counties a great place to live. We believe in giving back to the place that has supported our family for over half a century.

Whether we’re sponsoring community events or lending a hand to local projects, we love supporting our hometown.

How We Support Our Area

While our specific partnerships change throughout the year, we actively focus our outreach on these three areas:

Youth & Schools: Supporting our local schools, athletic teams, booster clubs, and other programs.
Helping Neighbors: Partnering with area food banks, seasonal drives, and local non-profits.
Civic Events: Sponsoring hometown festivals, parades, and regional gatherings.
